If your PlayStation 5 turns on but the TV says “no signal”, the fault is often the HDMI port on the back of the console, not the GPU or the TV.
Physical damage from pulling cables, bent pins, or repeated hot-plugging can break the port or the pads underneath. That stops the picture even when the console otherwise runs.
Quick checks before you book repair
Try another HDMI cable and another TV or monitor if you can. Power the PS5 off fully, wait a minute, then boot again.
Look at the HDMI port in good light. Bent metal, a loose port, or obvious damage usually means a port replacement, not a settings issue.
